Gallery 3C takes care to arrange the safe packing and delivery of artworks to collectors in India and internationally. Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the artwork's size, weight, medium, destination and packaging requirements.

1. Domestic Shipping — India

Shipping Methods
We work with established courier and logistics providers to arrange delivery within India. The shipping method is selected according to the artwork's dimensions, weight, destination and handling requirements.

Certain artworks may require specialised packaging or transport arrangements.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on domestic orders within India, except where additional charges apply to bulky or heavy artworks or items requiring special handling.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will inform you of the applicable cost before confirming the order or arranging dispatch.

Delivery Time
Delivery within India generally takes approximately 3–6 working days after dispatch date, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once they are available from the courier.

2. International Shipping

International Orders and Taxes
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India.

For eligible international orders, the applicable Indian GST component will be excluded from the artwork price quoted to you. Please contact Gallery 3C with the artwork you are interested in, along with your destination country, and we will provide a revised quotation reflecting the applicable tax treatment.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or other charges levied by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the buyer.

International Delivery
Gallery 3C ships artworks internationally to destinations served by our shipping partners. We use established international courier services, which may include DHL, FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

International delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch date. Actual delivery times may vary by country, customs clearance, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, dimensions, weight, packaging requirements and applicable courier rates.

The shipping charge will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed or dispatched, as applicable.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the artwork price or international shipping charge.

Customs requirements and charges vary by country. Gallery 3C cannot determine the final amount payable by the recipient and cannot guarantee the time required for customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for checking any import requirements or restrictions applicable to artworks entering their country.

3. Packaging and Handling

We take care to arrange suitable packaging for artworks according to their medium, size, fragility and shipping destination.

Packaging and transport arrangements may differ for framed or unframed paintings, works on paper, prints, sculptures and other artworks. Certain items may require specialised packing or handling.

Where special packaging or shipping arrangements involve additional costs, we will communicate these to the customer before proceeding.

4. Tracking and Delivery

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared with you by email once provided by the courier.

Please ensure that your shipping address, telephone number and email address are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may cause delays or additional charges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If an artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Gallery 3C promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Where possible, retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

We will investigate the matter and work with you towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
